💼 Hairglamm Policies

🛍️ Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.


🚚 Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping times vary based on carrier services and are estimated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Hairglamm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wig sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Wigs that have been worn or tried on
  • Wigs that have been brushed, cut, colored, or altered
  • Orders with removed packaging or lace customization


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.


🎨 Custom Orders & Reconstruction

Hairglamm does not accept:

  • Wig reconstruction or restoration of old wigs
  • Client-supplied hair for wig construction
  • Custom coloring or alteration requests

All wigs are sold as designed and listed on the website to ensure consistent quality and delivery standards.


💳 Payments

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept all major payment methods listed on our website.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Hairglamm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.


📌 Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Hairglamm, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.


Hairglamm focuses on ready-to-wear, curated wig designs to ensure consistent quality and fast fulfillment. Custom reconstruction services are not offered at this time.


💼 Hairglamm Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final on Wigs
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wig sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on worn, altered, or removed-from-packaging wigs.

Eligibility for Issue Review
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Unworn Items Only
To maintain quality standards, we are unable to accept returns on wigs that have been worn, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way.

Custom or Modified Orders
We do not accept returns or refunds on any custom requests, reconstructed wigs, or items altered after purchase.

Processing & Shipping
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after processing has begun.



Due to the nature of our products and commitment to hygiene and quality, all wig sales are final. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
